Our Airers are supplied with a 10m sash cord – this is perfect for any ceiling height up to 3m. If you have a higher ceiling or mounting point, we can supply 15m cord for up to 5m high mounting points/ceilings. This will allow the airer to be pulleyed fully up to the top, and lowered to waist height for loading.

Your order will be shipped same day or next day following order, on a 3-4 day nationwide courier with PBT Couriers, with rural addresses adding 2 extra days

If you need your order urgently, we can send on overnight courier at a small extra cost – please call/email us to confirm

If your airer appears to have some malfunction or substandard workmanship, or something doesn’t last a good 10 years i.e. the rope, please email us as soon as possible with a description of issue with photos and we will work out a solution as quickly as possible.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, we will refund your money provided the product is returned to us in as new condition within 30 days of receipt.

Our airers are designed and built to take a reasonable amount of weight – we don’t recommend over 20kg, however this is really determined by how well the ceiling hooks and cleat hook is fastened. the rope has a 160kg breaking strain, so you’re safe there!

Yes, a lot of people put these outside in various locations including pergolas, carports, etc, however some parts are only zinc plated and over an extended time these may corrode slightly, we have all components in stock and so should any replacement parts be required that’s not a problem and is covered under our lifetime warranty!

All our airers are 500mm (0.5m) wide, which is ideal for maximum stability, and also better for positioning where space may be limited

1.8m long
2.4m long

All sizes are pre-packaged and in stock ready for delivery, however if you have a custom length requirement, the wooden rails can easily be shortened later on to suit your needs by yourself / handyman or builder. Or get a quote from us.
